HI all

I have installed the larger one and backing up with success. The only problem is that after checking the backup folder size by file manager > properties , the result is 25 MB. when cheking the storage card memory I was shocked to see that the card memory lost 110 MB for that folder. After deleting this backup folder again card memory recovered back to the previous amount which means gained back by 110 MB. all the programs and operation data on the phone memory occuppy only 27 MB. So I do not know what is problem ? from where it gets 110 MB ? please someone help to explain !

Finally a way to back up data!

I think you could greatly speed up the backup by doing how Nokia does it.

1. save everything as one single file, read many files, write one file like you do when creating a tar file
2. If you want to save us the disk space you could use zlib and compress before you write the file to disk.

For version 3 could we have a progress bar so that we know that phone has not crashed.
